Poland
The Polish Ministry of Finance will implement mandatory e-invoicing in 2024. After this mandate goes live all affected invoices will need to sent, cleared, and received through the Polish e-invoicing system, the Krajowy System e-Faktur (KSEF) to be compliant.
Non-compliance, intentional or not, can result in significant financial penalties, business disruption, and reputational damage.
We know many of our customers will have questions on Poland’s upcoming e-invoicing mandate. Click on the FAQs below to find out further information on timelines and scope, Tungsten Network’s e-invoicing solution in Poland and much more.
