Digital reporting public consultation extension
Though somewhat muted in comparison with their European neighbours concerning e-invoicing, Tungsten Automation has been following recent developments concerning e-invoicing in Ireland, where consciousness concerning e-invoicing is beginning to expand.
Towards the end of 2023, Tungsten Automation communicated that Ireland had opened a public consultation on e-invoicing and e-reporting. While initially due to expire on 12 January 2024, the public consultation in Ireland has now been extended to 31 January 2024.
The announcement can be located on the Irish Tax and Customs Revenue website:
Ireland is a compliant territory for Tungsten Automation. We look forward to assessing Ireland’s plans for e-invoicing and e-reporting, which will be shaped by the outcome of the public consultation.
