The bank has run on Tungsten Automation for more than 25 years, moving from Kofax Capture across multiple regions and now TotalAgility. A major bank merger left RBC with millions of unclassified documents and no metadata, needing everything operational on day one. Legacy extraction had also hit a ceiling, leaving the hardest documents to manual review. Generative AI built into TotalAgility closed that gap, turning a high-risk integration into a smooth transition, with millions of documents migrated in a short window.
