Further e-invoicing scope extension

Bolivia’s e-invoicing initiative to date has favoured a piecemeal approach, with phased implementation serving as the primary strategy to roll out e-invoicing across the country.

From 1 July 2024, a new set of taxpayers will come under scope for Bolivia’s e-invoicing obligations.

Taxpayers under Resolution No. 102400000002 must comply with e-invoicing regulations by this date, with further releases planned for October 2024, December 2024 and February 2025.
