Tungsten Automation Strengthens Global Leadership Team to Accelerate Growth

Denver, CO – Jul 21, 2026 – Tungsten Automation, a global leader in AI-powered document and workflow automation, today announced key changes to its leadership team: the promotion of Manik Mair to our Executive Team, as Executive Vice President, Business Operations, the appointment of Raja Nucho as Senior Vice President, Global Partnerships & Alliances, and the promotion of Thomas Van Merode to Regional Vice President of Sales in Asia. Together, these moves strengthen the company's operating model, expand its global partner ecosystem, and reinforce commercial leadership across Asia.

Manik Mair is now Executive Vice President, Business Operations at Tungsten Automation, where he connects strategy, analytics, and operations across the full revenue and customer lifecycle, and he chairs the company's cross-functional operating council. Since joining Tungsten Automation in 2025, he has brought the company's strategy and operating engines into a single, coordinated model.

A strategist and operator in equal measure, Manik has spent more than a decade driving growth and transformation for global technology companies, from strategy design through large-scale execution. In senior leadership roles at Alight Solutions, FourKites, and Ceridian (now Dayforce), he shaped go-to-market strategies, built corporate growth and partnership agendas, and led go-to-market execution across global markets, including the integration of several global acquisitions. He began his career at EY, advising Fortune 500 companies on corporate strategy and transformational change.

Raja Nucho joins Tungsten Automation as Senior Vice President, Global Partnerships & Alliances, leading the global organization responsible for partner recruitment, growth, and programs across the Americas, Europe, and Asia — a channel that represents approximately half of the company's revenue. Raja brings more than 25 years of SaaS leadership experience, including 15+ years scaling revenue organizations, with deep specialization in co-sell and resell go-to-market motions.

He joins Tungsten Automation from Mitratech, where as he led the company's largest revenue-generating organization, managing 400+ partners serving 1.5 million shared customers. Earlier, as SVP & Chief Partner Officer at Ceridian (now Dayforce), he built the company's global partner network from the ground up, growing partner-sourced pipeline 8X and doubling partner-sourced revenue. His career also includes 13 years at SAP across strategic alliances and global SMB sales leadership.

Thomas Van Merode is now Regional Vice President of Sales, Asia at Tungsten Automation, where he leads growth across the entire region. Originally from the Netherlands and based in Singapore since 2020, Thomas has spent roughly 15 years in logistics and supply chain software, holding senior roles at e2open and Blujay Solutions. The path he followed, from delivery and services into commercial leadership, gives him a rare end-to-end view, knowing both what customers are promised and what it takes to deliver it. At Tungsten Automation, he is focused on changing how the market in Asia buys, shifting the conversation away from technology and price toward the real value automation creates for the region's largest organizations.

“Manik, Raja, and Thomas each bring a rare combination of strategic clarity and hands-on execution,” said Peter Hantman, CEO of Tungsten Automation. “Manik's expanded role sharpens how strategy and operations work together across our business. Raja's experience building high-performing partner organizations will accelerate our partner-led growth as we advance our AI-first, agentic automation strategy. And Thomas's leadership in Asia continues to shift how the region's largest organizations think about the value of automation. Together, they strengthen our ability to deliver for customers and partners worldwide.”
