Peter Hantman Named Kofax President & Chief Operating Officer

Irvine, CA – November 20, 2023 – Kofax, a leading supplier of Intelligent Automation software for digital workflow transformation, announces the appointment of Peter Hantman as its new President & Chief Operating Officer.

In this strategic leadership role, Peter will be instrumental in steering Kofax through its next phase of growth and technological innovation. With a focus on operational excellence and driving business results, Peter will oversee key areas of the company's go-to-market functions, including sales, services, strategy and marketing.

During his tenure at e2open he oversaw sales, services, operations and served as CFO for several years, driving the successful integration of acquired companies.
