Updated External Specifications v2.4

The DGFiP has released a new version v 2.4 of the invoice specifications for the 2026 French e-invoicing mandate: https://www.impots.gouv.fr/specifications-externes-b2b.

There are several changes in the new version, including:

  • Simplified directory flows;
  • Enhanced directory history;
  • Unique identifier for each invoice;
  • Rounding tolerance;
  • Strengthened status for optimal monitoring;
  • Overhaul of B2G subcontracting management case;
  • Overhaul of lifecycle management.
